I believe the PR said it hired the law firm and the word retained was never mentioned. Please point out if I am wrong.

Further more don't you think if you were a LAW FIRM and you caught wind that some company made claim to hiring you with out actually doing so, you would immediately tell the media that said company did not hire you? Has anyone here thought to call the law firm and ask if I3 has retained their services?
