With all due respect Smitter, the O/S shares you provided are probably incorrect. I own a bunch of the small gold stocks including this one. Remember, that the numbers which came out yesterday in the 10 Q are already 45 days old! However, if I were management and i saw my stock currency rise as much as DGRI did, and i had the opportunity to do a financing, I would do is ASAP! In the long run, less shares would be provided to the finance folks which is a good thing for shareholders.

Secondly, to clarify comments made regarding huge Form T trades after or just before the marekt closes, it is usually a firm that has either been buying OR selling all day long and marking out the trade to the client. My guess is we saw this yesterday to a seller who provided capital to the company yesterday. Again its NOT a bad thing. It provides the company with much needed capital at 5 times less the value than only 2 weeks ago! So just relax and let's see how things turn out.

I would respectfully disagree that there will be a drop on Monday. If anything, there will be a pause up or down a few ticks before we resume the uptrend.
