bucfan re: dtnof.pk. I am only familiar with pinksheet equivalents for Canadian stocks. They typically update after the market close to show the closing price in Canada. I usually go to pinksheets.com to get bid/ask and try to buy or sell between the two. Mostly I have been a buy and holder but did sell adbrf.pk, which was a BIG mistake!!!

It was similar to selling a US pink sheet stock. Had to fiddle with price until I got some action. I think as a practical matter, the US broker wants to be sure he covers his additional costs for the transaction so the spread is a little wider.

Sorry can't comment on dtnof.pk except to say that I tried to buy it but never got a bite. Bobwins

bucfan: Pink equivalents:

I have COSWF.PK - which is the US version for COS. I also have ADBRF.PK which is the US version for ADB. Both won't update - at least on my Yahoo portfolio - until about 90 minutes after the close of the day. You may be able to get the closing price sooner on pinksheets.com sometimes, but not usually much earlier.

Also, there have been occasions where COS moved, but for some odd reason COSWF did not. However, it always corrected itself in a day or two. So, I've never worried about it. The spreads are wider and buying and selling is a little trickier, but generally, no big deal.
