Or more flopping!
Under the old regime, this company used to be able to create bounces much larger and sustained than just a short lived penny or two spike we have these days. However, after many years of observing, the market place caught onto the fact this company might be one of those public companies that "fabricates" share price pops through good sounding and perhaps greatly embellished PR's using short term tests to extrapolate out many 1,000's of barrels per day rates/big reserves and tout massive gold holdings. Then reality set in and the market place realized that although they try to look like a big diversified company with big offices, many employees, Advisory Committees, Washington DC Lobbyists, many subs (even a Power generation sub and a failed rig biz sub), etc, this company can never deliver the goods they tout, or brag about having in PR's. And they lose many millions per month/quarter. So I think its going to take a lot more than a good sounding and "next quarter" type PR to win back the market place.
