I would like to know what is the definition of dilution then.
From 14:51 to 15:01
Icoa had more sales during that time than in the whole last week put together.
100 million in .0004 sales and it would of been more too, but they ran out of 4 support.
At 3 o clock 4 support fell. So what happened new investors came after they saw that 4 was available and guess what they went on to buy another 79 million in 4's.
That is almost two hundred million in .0004 sales in less than an hour and a half. I am not trying to be a basher, I am in this stock. I am realistic, this was a case of dilution. Everyone one says that dilution happens when you see blocks of 9 million and 6 million. Then you see them and you make excuses.
During that huge trade off from 2:51 est to 3:01 est there were 8 9 million sale blocks and 1 6 mil sale block. Again later on there was a 9 mil buy from one of the posters on here, but he actually bought 10 mil. But the sell block was 9 mil so it was broken into two. One 9 mil and then another 1 mil.
I know we all had high hopes for this company but maybe this ceo is not the brightest, cause if he was smart, like some have pointed out, he could of waited and announced a acquisition and announced their joint venture and he could of diluted like a pig into the stock once it hit a high price. Now even with an acquisition and a joint venture their will be caution with icoa cause investors will remember this fiasco. Let's hope i am wrong, but how many people you know have 170 million shares they are trying to get rid of right before possible acquisition and joint venture news?
