This may be minor, but could this information be at all out of date? I'm just looking at the city & state info for Infospi on that website. It says Denver, Colorado... wasn't that where their lawyer/accountant/auditor was during that one period of time where they were late filing this year?
In any case, if you do a background search on Starwood's publicly traded companies, they're obviously a significant player. My question is why would a real estate development & hotel/leisure development group take an interest in a green energy/reclamation company? Is the connection through the Mayan Group, who are also real estate devs (albeit with limited successes under their belt)?

Also, I love how the Starwood CEO's name is 'Starlight' in German. :P
