For personal and professional reasons I will not write a letter to the De. BK Court.

I notified my state senators of the severe misgivings I have about the Dept of Treas 5 year plan(see their strategic message 2007/2012) to abrogate individual States' economic decisions and accrue that power to the Federal Government.
The recent banking revision bill is one step in that process. If you look closely at the number of state and local banks taken over by FDIC you will see that many of them are or were solvent but had liquidity problems.

I may have mentioned WaMU as being pivotal in implementing the 'E Pluribus Unum' vision of Sec Paulson.

Beating that drum in too many venues will undermine the concern I wish to convey as will being seen to potentially profit from pushing a 'conspiracy agenda'.
