Because it is highly Highly Unlikely this company will ever trade on the NYSE or any other reputable exchange other than Pink Sheets. Anythings possible, Just highly unlikely. Now after it does whatever it is going to do, and Hydra takes root. Then it can be re-evaluated. That is if its not a total ripoff.
