I don't know what this guy's agenda might be but please confirm the following regarding the Yahoo post:
1) The LAST filings for the company were done LAST YEAR. Go to http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html, the SEC website, type in uVuMobile, to confirm. Appearently this guy's idea of recent and others (at least mine) are quite different.
2) They announced news "a couple" of months ago. A couple means two in my world. The last PR by this company, according to Yahoo Finance, was in May of this year. That was the Pentagon Channel release. Their LAST PR, according to IHub, seems to be the one in late June where they were collaberating with some outfit about, presumably, "medical" marijana. Sheeeesh. And THAT was four months ago.
3) Speaking of the Pentagon Channel PR, click on the UVUM link on the PR he pasted in Yahoo. It doesn't work either. Again, just after the PR in May, there was a presence on the Pentagon Channel website stating UVUM's mobile application. Not now.
There have been some shady characters associated with this company over the years, and no doubt some that have a quite large positions they might need to try and get rid of....a thought that has crossed my mind as well. How...or why, anyone would buy shares in this company at this juncture is beyond me.
