This is the only thing the company has released and it was in a PR a few days ago, but it all based on some BS 5 acre setup.

Do not expect a realistic number on cost, DF has no clue what a 1 acre unit costs, he is too busy trying to get rough estimate at DVJ and has hit cost overruns already.
