Any 'caveat' is a warning - in this case regarding the lack of information. If some wish to split hairs over the degree of 'how bad' a bad rating is - have at it. It certainly strikes me as a Clinton-esque argument over what "is" means; to distract from the issue that things aren't right with BFHJ's public company status.
The sooner management fixes it, the better. Write and call them often.
