Company and its operations are based in Barbados. All they need is a virtual office here. Why would they have an actual office in Virginia when NONE of their operations have anything to do with USA.

Nobody in the company lives in USA as far as my knowledge.

As for the mistakes in the financial information...this is NOT A REPORTING company so it doesn't really matter as of right now..

you can't point out mistakes or make accusations against their financial statements when they are not adhering to any specific set of reporting standards.
