You would have to cite the pertinent part of the 10Q for me to respond further. But your references to 18% ownership and the remainder being sold off to creditors, etc., is a reference to the LLC, not to the wholly-owned sub Cirtran Beverage Corp.
Admittedly, the company is saddled with so much debt it will be tricky to get liquid where profits are being eaten up in debt service but it does appear that a profit was realized in the last quarter which was atributable primarily to earnings from the beverage arm, not the LLC.
If there is a profit anywhere, the possibility for a sale of some kind exists.
