Its possible that the driving force behind updating financials was to avoid suspension of trading which would have cut off their ability to raise capital. I suspect that even if they were under caveat emptor and reported record quarterly revenues and cash flow, the pps would go up regardless of CE. Basically I am playing the devil's advocate and sincerly hope that your observations on the matter are correct.
