The FINRA report on shorting has been debunked here by several posters. If your going to post it then you should understand it is extremely unreliable in the true world of shorting. People took profits and the Company probably diluted, as they hired the promo. It's as simple as that. You have a Company that can't even upgrade itself on the Pinks and going into the Electric Vehicle business. ROFL.
