THX for reposting the contracts up until now I really never gave much attention to the IDCC contracts. However, today I am glad for several reasons I gave them more than a once over. First of all in all the contracts, specifically where it lays out the terms to enter arbitration and talks about award it refers to award in each and every case as a monetary judgement. I'm sure many will argue with me but as I read over and over I came to the same conclusion. The 8K IDCC released last week has wording that is consistant with how they refer to award in the contracts and it is very clear what is to be expected but the key question is how much!!!! I think the $$$$ question to some extent has been answered by NOK several times over and in doing so I think they gave shareholders confirmation of what the IDCC,ERICY, and SE contracts hold. NOK tried to make a stink in any court that would hear them about 2G to gain leverage in the arbitration. Well we know now those antics did not work. The arbitration hearings are complete, post filings complete, and a judgement anyday now. The bread crumbs do not end there. I am willing to bet NOK 's fuss about 3G after 2006 came as a direct result of what they found in those released documents by Judge Lynn. The snake realized oh sh*! we did not accrue IDCC 3G money and as soon as we get hit with that judgement from the Arb E/SE are going to trigger us for 3G immediately or very soon after. The accrual may or maynot be seen in the 20K when it finally is published but it is definitely at least one of the reasons NOK has not published it yet. The time is drawing near for victory, IDCC has the goods.
