I believe that Nokia agreed to pay the same rate as ERICY and the reason they did was because they thought ERICY was going to defeat IDCC in court and the rate was going to be zero.

Right now Nokia is drawing to an inside straight and IDCC stands pat and draws none. Does IDCC have that pat hand or only two pair?
