last date for rendering a Final Award.

Why would they take up to 4 months to render a final award? How complicated is this? Loop? anyone?

I know...they are just giving both parties enough time to come to a mutual resolution. I just wanted to beat someone else to the punch.

Note that this means that we may not hear about the award until sometime in June, because the arb panel needs to submit the award to the ICC for review, and then after that they will let IDCC and NOK know about the award.

strange. every time the bitching intensity among board members increases, there is a PR.

let's hope that we have this May 31 dateline to talk about, rather than the normal drag.

What? why so late for the arb decision. Damn management, can't they force the 3 people to make up their mind faster -:)
