I agree. As the PPS increases different types of buyers are entering the picture. These are buyers with deeper pockets who want to see verified progress such as the permit approval. Selling anytime within the next 6 months will turn out to be a disaster, IMHO.

I'm with you. I've been sitting long on this stock for 3 years. I hope it runs like wild but being a technical guy, trends do help. If the stock falls from a new high then at least we know what the new support level will be.
