Below is the link for the original announcement. I think the bidders are suppose to bid per mu. The link you posted shows a number to the right of the company name. Maybe that number is the bid per mu. If I'm correct then Kiwa bid 78.48 yuan per mu (lowest bidder). The project covers 210,000 mu. 210,000x78.48= $2.46M dollars. The stock sure seems to be acting differently lately.
