At the moment, all you need to concern yourself with is that InoHealth's claim to be an AABB accredited laboratory has been disputed.

Whether they farm out the test is a moot point.

lol... wrong.

when someone markets something it could be for someone else and not necessarily for the company that is doing the marketing. since INOL does not manufacture the metabolic test kit nor is able to test, they are considered then third party.

it has already been established that they do not sell the kit.

it has been already established that they do not do any testing.s

revenue is generated by their marketing skills, since they do not do any of the above.

they do not have a product... they are marketing a metabolic test... get it? marketing... not selling.... different

this has everything to do on whether they can use plavix but has nothing to do with plavix itself.

5. there is no scam element here, Gary is trying to build a business. he owns 45M restricted shares

that has nothing to do with nothing... it does not prove or disprove your statement. I know a lot of CEO that had a lot of shares and ran scams... that is how they got rich. so what are you trying to say? That 45 mil shares is not enough to be a scam? Does he need more? I don't think I understand what you mean... or trying to say.
