chiselweed: The quarterly report (10-Q) is not yet online. The PR's don't give the details, which is always where the problems are.

They have, however issued an ammendment to the S-3 today (S-2/A) for the 17,164,738 new shares. I don't have time to read it so have no idea what information was ammended.

I wonder why the delay in relasing the 10-Q?
