I used Scottrade to buy it, $7.95 plus 0.5% of the transaction amount(sucks). Zecco doesn't have it in their system.

But if you buy 10000 shares or more, you can ignore the commission, I believe the share price will be much higher next year(IMO).

The pink sheets are created and managed by banks. Some banks charge a fee for the purchase or sale of that security because they act as the flow through to the foreign market

I bought a Canadian pinkie months ago and got hit with a $50 fee both ways.
