I know what I would be doing if I was in Lee's shoes.
Use the monies from the spin-offs to repay all the short term loans to construct the China fish farms currently in progress.
Undiluted shareholders will be rewarded with "surprise" earnings in the 4Q of '11.
Any extra cash should be placed in reserve for more land rental, small contractual loans to assist start-up farmers or even another dividend. I cannot empathize this enough, but Lee is a Farmer and there is deep empathy and collective relationship among Farmers. Farmers have been around for thousands of years, they have seen governments come and go, floods, drought, earthquakes you name it...true survivors who help each other thru hard and good times.
