I'm wondering how much shareholder input is allowed at this point in time since the two case are separate from each other and the other judge pretty much put a stop to shareholder communications on the Spongetech BK issue.
Most likely the shareholders efforts at this point is pretty moot if you ask me.
It's amazing that no one would think Wayne Celia would be disgruntled after having to deal with Moskowitz and Metter. It's common sense to me to think he would be disgruntled and that the trustee would say...yup, I would be disgruntled as well.
Such is life when people completely rob you blind and planned it that way.
