Yes am in HIL.v & SD.v.
Re HIL.v IPO well while not exactly an IPO, HIL.v just completed it's qualifying transaction and as a result of the acquisition of TMC gets to remove the .P from it's symbol and moves out of the shell status and becomes a fully reporting tier 2 issuer I believe. Check SEDAR for the details if you want to see the structure of the deal, and see their 43-101 report on the companies property as they have no website yet that I'm aware of.

Management
The following are biographies of the persons who will be serving as directors and officers of the
Resulting Issuer on Completion of the Qualifying Transaction, and their principal occupations for the past
five years. None of the directors and officers will devote all of their time to the Resulting Issuer but will
devote such time as is necessary to effectively manage the business of the Corporation.
Jim Walchuck – Director
Age: 54
Mr. Walchuck is a mining professional with more than 29 years of national and international experience
in the mining industry, including work in North America, Slovakia, the UK, Ghana, and Tanzania. As the
president and CEO of Tournigan Gold Corp., Mr. Walchuck raised $45,000,000 in 2006 for the purpose
of developing Tournigan’s two key assets and helped increase Tournigan’s market cap from $20M to
approximately $200M over a one year period. Mr. Walchuck was the Mining Manager for Barrick at the
Bulyanhulu Gold Mine in Tanzania from 1999 to 2002, where he oversaw the building of a multi-millionounce,
high-grade underground mine in 24 months and achieved over 2 million man-hours without a losttime
accident. Prior to his 6-year involvement with Bulyanhulu (first as Sr. Project Manager with Sutton
Resources then as Mining Manager for Barrick), Mr. Walchuck was Manager of Mining and then
Manager - Corporate Operations for Royal Oak Mines. This was preceded by a 5-year term as Chief
Mining Engineer for Tarkwa Goldfields in Ghana. A member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario
for 29 years, Mr. Walchuck holds Bachelor Degrees in both Science and Engineering.
Mr. Walchuck will devote approximately 33% of his time to the business and affairs of the Resulting
Issuer.
John Icke – Director
Age: 54
John Icke is a senior executive with more than 25 years’ global management experience in both the
private and public sectors. Mr. Icke currently serves as President, CEO and director of Resinco Capital
Partners Inc. His previous positions include: President of Accenture Business Services for Utilities, the
largest business process outsourcing practice of its kind worldwide; President and Chief Executive
Officer of Lily Cups Inc; founding director and chairman of Canadian Polystyrene Recycling Association
(C.P.R.A.); Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Indigo N.V.'s worldwide packaging
business; Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Sweetheart Cup, a subsidiary of Fort
Howard, and President of JRI Strategy Consultants Inc., a business consultancy providing strategic
counselling and leadership to senior executives of retailers, technology, mining, investment management
and consumer goods manufacturing businesses. Mr. Icke has significant experience in private equity
financing transactions in addition to public debt and equity financing.
Mr. Icke will devote approximately 10% of his time to the business and affairs of the Resulting Issuer.

Kal Matharu – Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Age: 46
Mr. Kal Matharu and his family have been involved in business in East Africa for over 75 years focusing
primarily on construction and real estate development. Mr. Matharu has been actively bridging the
business worlds of North America and East Africa for over ten years. Presently, he holds the position of
President/CEO of TMC, which is a gold exploration company in Tanzania. He has acted as an advisor
and consultant for major North American companies and helped them to establish themselves in East
Africa. Kal acquired his basic education in East Africa and completed University in Canada. He holds a
Bachelor of Science from University of Manitoba.
Mr. Matharu will devote approximately 100% of his time to the business and affairs of the Resulting
Issuer.
Lorilee Kozuska – Chief Financial Officer
Age: 42
Ms. Kozuska has various experience from the public and private company sector. She currently holds the
positions of chief financial officer for United Uranium Corp. (UUC.V), Shane Resources Ltd.(SEI.V),
and Star Uranium Corp. (SUV.V). She also acts as chief financial officer for Paradigm Portfolio
Management Company, an investment counsel/portfolio management company. Ms. Kozuska holds a
Certified Management Accountant designation obtained in October, 1997 and along with a Bachelor of
Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan obtained in May, 1995.
Ms. Kozuska will devote approximately 50% of her time to the business and affairs of the Resulting
Issuer.
June Hamilton – Secretary
Age: 64
Ms. Hamilton has worked over the years in corporate secretarial capacity for Resinco Capital Partners and
the Vimy Ridge Group Ltd. She worked at paralegal at a national law firm of Davis LLP in its
Vancouver office and further as law clerk at Sheldon Huxtable, Professional Corporation.
Ms. Hamilton will devote approximately 20% of her time to the business and affairs of the Resulting
Issuer.
