Thanks for your response. I was reading the statement on the parking page, and it can be interpreted a few ways using correct English grammar sentence and fragment construction.
As posted it says:
SUCCESS (translated) SEPTEMBER 2010
A joint venture with LeadDog Capital Markets, LLC,
a subsidiary of The Carlton Companies, Inc.
So let's break that down
1. Coming soon, "Success" in the symbols.
2. In September 2010 (now)
3. ~there will be "A joint venture with Lead Dog Capital Markets, LLC" which is a subsidiary of The Carlton Companies, Inc.
or
4. ~there will be "A joint venture with Lead Dog Capital Markets, LLC" and we (Jade Bridge, this site) are a subsidiary of The Carlton Companies, Inc.
Whichever way it can be interpreted, it looks like the roll of the entity into the shell has already occurred. Whatever happens now will be confirmation of that fact.
Done deal, and the next filing will show that, IMO.
