Laranger--I have a feeling the North Carolina Judge knew about the Texas Motion that Judge Brown just decided and may have put his decision on hold because of the fact that much of the discovery involved Ericy original documents as opposed to Sony documents. I have a feeling that the Judge in North Carolina may very well deny Nokia's Motion to the extent it seeks any additional information beyond that already allowed by Judge Brown.
