This company, the Coast Guard and whoever else whom handles this spill has a great opportunity to be a model of responsibility on how to respond "environmentally correct" to respond to a major spill.
They never want you to know the amount of oil. What appears to be a sheen can be thousands of gallons of oil!
By refraining from using chemical dispersant and containing the spill at its infancy will show the world how they have responsibly learned from the last one. And by getting MOP out their as a first response, to clean it up quickly!
