I'm not saying it's not good enough. Non-one knows the profit margin, so sales are irrelevent until you know the profit. If you divide reported "net profit" by 780M shares, you don't get much. Am I missing something here. If I make $50,000 a year, am I worth $8M assuming no other income? Please buy me.
All I can say to that logic is that if EI is hanging their hat on Matthews I could think of worse places to hang it!!.. This is a 900 million dollar a year company that EI is working with. Is that not an accomplishment for a company that started out with nothing more than an idea 4 or 5 years ago. Eternal Image is the same company that the big guys in the funeral industry laughed at in the beginning but now is allied with some of the major players in the field. Many of these have bought into the concept and are now manufacturing and distributing Eternal Image caskets and urns of the various license agreements that the company holds.
How many companies do you think hold 10 year license agreements with any branch of the Vatican? Should Matthews decide that it might be in their favor to market the Vatican Observatory Foundation caskets and urns in Europe? What heavily Catholic populated country pops into your head when the word Vatican comes out? I am going to help out a little and give the answer..... that would be Italy. Last time I looked at a map the city of Rome was located there and lo and behold so was Vatican City!! An amazing coincidence when you stop and think about it. I just kind of see this as a market that Matthews might just want to explore and they also might want to sell products to many of the other European countries with large Catholic populations. Hey you know while we are on the subject of good places for Matthews to look into selling the Vatican line if they happen to take a look to the South of the US I think they might just notice that there are lots of Catholics in Mexico, Central America and South America too.
Look at that in just a couple of minutes I think that I have come up with some pretty good ideas for Matthews to sell a lot of product. And if an old farmboy like me can come up with these ideas don't you think that Matthews has some pretty sharp marketers working on the same ideas.
What happens if these ideas are implemented and Matthews sells more than the minimum requirements of their agreement with Eternal Image??????? Come on I know you have the answer right there on the tip of your tounge don't ya?? Ok ok here is the answer to that question........THEY BUY MORE PRODUCT FROM ETERNAL IMAGE AND EI MAKES MORE MONEY AND OUR STOCK PRICE GOES UP ALSO SO EVERYBODY IS DELIROUSLY HAPPY!!!!
