With the $1M in financing that you just referred to... can you explain why they just had to issue about a BILLION shares in the $.001 area?

I think it is because of poor planning. Management have been stubborn and did not want to file anything because they don't have to. At 0.0010 pps, company has received additional orders from Lowes and to support the same, company had to do dilution. They could not go to any bank for additional financing.
