Merrill Lynch verbally admitted extinguishing their shares but they will not document this.They said the extinguishment happened Sept 2008.But ex-shareholders are now mad at them for this so maybe that is why they won't document action needed to subtract shares from Depository Trust.I am still working on this plus two properties for the company.One is a mineral property and the other an industrial lot.Each one is about ten acres and includes real estate and minerals.Kurt Borris China Industrial Group,Inc.
