You are comparing apples and oranges TITL was never $9.00 a share this year like TOMZ was and over a dollar a couple months ago with a tiny float and real huge contract news. I was able to buy TITL at subpennies. I do not like the way it trades to be honest with you. I know people who flip it but as far as an investment I do my DD before I invest and no way! JMO.
