Yes its from Hogan Taylor and Originally it was one year. They were impressed with what they saw and wanted to see if there were more great results other than one year. The structure was completely changed and that takes time.
If I was doing your taxes and when I was in the middle something happened to me, the company would have to get another Auditor from my company to start all over again to achieve an unbiased Independent audit. Same company but new Auditor. That is how it works.
That way it is completely transparent.
