I have not received another reply from you regarding this matter. I listened to the interview with Dennis and was expecting to see some information on pinksheets. Has all of the info been submitted at this time? Will there be current float information posted on pinksheets as well?

I'm hearing rumors that the LOI mentioned two weeks ago did indeed turn into a signed contract. And that the you are now able to share some of the specifics via e-mail with shareholders. Can you tell me the name of the company that has agreed to the terms in the contract? And does the final contract guarantee BEHL enough capital to cover the overhead until the end of the year? as stated by Dennis during the interview.
