Hopefully they just file the stipulation discontinuance form to say they have reached settlement and it will be over. That would be nice. They can do that anytime before 9-29-10

We all talked about this court date back on this date. It is available as public info. Anyone that follows this company should have known this since it was made public 8-5-10
