True, bbcbro, except in this case, it's kind of moot. Let them cull the RD program for all I care. We will get zero royalties in any event! Remember the RD asset and 717 et al were an asset sale, not a partnership. In fact, if this merged entity would kill the RD program, then Cortex might have some clause to get the asset back. In retrospect, it was luck they inked this deal at all since the merger would have delayed things.
