You're talking to the wrong guy. I'm also invested in both warrants and the stock. Nothing's concrete, but imo, this definitely could be the reason for the sell-off. It is a rumor, but makes sense to me. I'll probably just ride the stock down. A lot can happen in a couple of years (at least I hope so), but so far, it seems I'm in the minority in this belief, as the warrants are selling at the same pace as the stock, yet 4x the percentage of decline.
