We've slipped on most the indexes since the start of this Low Risk period. Compared to the last two years, however, it seems "modest."

Yes, I've been hearing some serious grumbling from people. Long faces, all. To cheer myself up, I've been telling myself that at least I don't have to pay much in capital gain tax!
