Can it rebound? Sure it can, because the fact is that the have a contract already with BP and they are keeping any new one under wraps for now for a good reason.
Don't think that a former senator doesn't care about his stock.
So, don't get your hopes down just yet and pray that things will rebound soon. We just may realize something even greater here yet in the near future.

its been months since ANYTHING signifcant has been announced.. since then just hope and anticipations.. Bottom line, everyday you DONT DELIVER A REAL PR, you will drop in pps !
