That is a good question.

That is why I am expecting an R/S to happen. There will most likely be a need to reduce the OS to accommodate a conversion of preferred.

That is only speculation on my part of course.

The Interview last night helped confirm my opinion that BEHL is much further way from profitability than many wish to admit.

I am curious to see what pinksheets required of BEHL with this filing that they haven't in the past. DF seemed bothered by Pinksheets again.
