$brich$ is busy being a grandpa this week but he'll agree... you pretty much know all we know haha.

8k has not been released but the new owner knows he needs to submit it. Brich and I sent him the instructions to update pinksheets too :).

New owner has been great with communication so far, we hope he'll be great with communication in regards to his intentions and PR them appropriately.

Sure looks that way HDOGTX:) I've been in and keeping an eye on filings and such since last December. I knew something was coming! They appear to NOW have the ball rolling!
