You are correct, partially. However, a line of credit is usually secured by existing assets even if containig restrictions for certain purposes (for the sole purpose of). A commitment tied to a signed PO is quite different, "for the purpose of sales order fulfillment only." If and when AASFX actually secures any significant PO then that will mean something. This commitment means nothing. UInfortunatley any notion that i do not know what i am talking about is toatally incorrect. Dog, waiting for that PO
