I agree!!! He doesn't need any of this.
But I truly believe he has a need to see others succeed and to make our lives better.

Having met him
and now friends with him
there is a goodness about him and a sincerity that is honest and true.

very well said, as everything monk does is for the betterment of the team as he sure as heck doesn't need the money as he could have been retired long ago...
