most likely, it's folks who financed the company long ago cashing in... this can be seen by the float increase.
if we could get the float #s from the TA
we could see how much they continue to sell and when they stop.
being in the dark, all we know is that Charlie says he has a control block, which, if so, leaves another possible 65ish million which could be added to the float given the last float # of 46 million.
i will ask Wayne if he can get us a current update on the float since Charlie seems to have changed his mind about authorizing the TA to give out that information to the public.

part of the OS increase is also likely private placements in which the company possibly raised funds. these would be restricted shares and i wonder at what discount to the share price they were done because if they were done weeks ago, even at a 50% to the than shareprice, those folks are even possibly close to underwater...
the falling or an unstable shareprice will make it much harder for the company to raise likely needed funds.

best case scenario going forward imo is for shareholders to have access to the share structure, pink sheets to be updated, and for contracts and revenues to be realized.
no doubt they have a great product in urgent demand.
