If I were them, this the main things they should do immediately:

1. Get credit line facilities at least 5 Million

2. Placement at major retail chain ie. Kroger's, Wal Mart.

3. Push their distributors to hold maximum stocks that they can and deliver to all major entertainment outlets and retailers. Come out with good promotion. (Flood the market). As a principal BAB's must utilised their distributors to the maximum limmit in order to achieve company objectives.

4. When stocks flood at market, heavy TV commercials must follow through. Get free write up from major newspaper on their products by organising promotion events.

There will be significant results with the above implementations.

I remember a business owner telling me that the problem that most companies have is "cash flow". That's always a challenge.

I thought the floor was around .02 on this one. I was obviously wrong. If we can break the hold that shorts have with some upward momentum, we could get back on track. It's a pretty tough situation otherwise.
