I understand why the posters are vague with information..They are somewhat apprehensive about certain folk on this board running hog wild with phone calls, emails,attorneys etc.. I listen to the calls and sometimes there seems to be a problem with verb tense which I find confusing. From what I understand.. from reliable sources, ALL of the required paperwork is FINISHED. Johnny stated on his call that everything would be revealed on the same day it goes public.. I concur with that because of all of the past interferences/delays Petro has had from some disgruntled folk.

My "guess" is that Petro/OH will not give out information until it actually starts trading.
In the past too many people were contacting the sources and as a result, could have made some of the problems. There are eager beavers and desperate people that need money, but like I have said before, don't quit your day job, keep working, stay focused and it will happen when it is suppose to. If you are waiting for this to pay your bills, think again. It will happen be in "its" time, not yours.
I am not saying they haven't had challenges but it is coming around just fine. Just can't give out information since there are THOSE that love to make waves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is one of the requirements to apply for the ticker symbol. You are right; it would not hurt at this point to actually verify the 1st truth ever for this company by posting these financials somewhere.

The MO and KS sanctions and on going SEC investigation into PTRZ will be an impediment to trading. Also, if they do not know where every church share is as of today with name, address, where and when they obtained these shares and reported to FINRA that they did...big problems.

I wonder how many saw this letter from an attorney with hundreds of billions in assets and were influenced by it and never questioned it.
