Peacock has Diluted GGII twice into oblivion and done Two Reverse Splits here.
He has lots of tricks to issue out more shares to sequoia.

Peacock, as CEO of GGII, can sell (think dump) GGII Treasury Shares ANY time he wants to for ANY purpose up to the AS limit.

Sorry .. WRONG. Peacock can sell or give out Authorized shares at any price and at any time he wants.
And he has done it before on GGII and predecessors.
