I'm confident in my position as well and I don't like the fact we are under the .008 support. ASR feels like they are taking this to the limit and trying to buy as much time as possible for things to gear up and begin rolling.

If this public offering of shares can buy more time and additionally clear some debt, then excellent.

We could be very close to the Uplisting to OTCQB at this point with this last ammendment. It sure would be nice to uplist soon and see TDN remove restrictions.
