And if "there is a yet-to-be-disclosed problem with autoimmunity or some other practical problem," the fact there would be trading on yet-to-be-disclosed whatever, would implicate an illegal act. So, either we have a price-manipulation scam or we have illegal insider trading. Anybody have another explanation?
